CPAP

CPAP
The PortO2Vent™ Oxygen Delivery System is a gas-powered device that delivers non-invasive Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) to spontaneously breathing patients who are awake and can maintain a patent airway. The PortO2Vent Oxygen Delivery System delivers CPAP at operator adjustable levels throughout the breathing cycle, independent of the patient’s inspiratory flow requirements.

LIFEPAK15-Monitor/Defibrillator

LifePak-15
The LIFEPAK-15 (LP-15) 12 Lead Defibrillator is one of the newest pieces of equipment on AVFR Medics. The LIFEPAK-15 features temperature monitoring, blood pressure measurement, pulse monitoring, and the ability to monitor both oxygen and Carbon Monoxide gases in the blood stream. It uses external power to complement 360J of biphasic energy to defibrillate patients. The use of 12 lead technology helps in the identification of ST Segment Myocardial Infarction (STEMI). The ability to transmit this data to the appropriate Emergency Room and the early identification in the field of a STEMI can save up to 30-45 minutes of time in the ER and help get a patient to the Catheter Lab quicker for life saving procedures. The LIFEPAK-15 also has a color tri-mode screen of 8.4 inches in size to accommodate different light conditions, combined with a 3 line trace to allow you see multiple parameters at one time. The LIFEPAK-15 also functions as an AED and provides CPR prompts to guide an individual.

Stryker Power-Pro Cot

Stryker Power Pro
AVFR uses the Stryker Power-PRO XT powered ambulance cot to dramatically reduce strenuous lifting and the associated risk of back injury. The cot has a maximum weight capacity of 700 lbs. The Stryker Power-PRO XT battery powered hydraulic system raises and lowers patients with the touch of a button.

Stryker Power Load System

Stryker Power Load
The Power-LOAD cot fastener system improves operator and patient safety by supporting the cot throughout the loading and unloading process. Lifts and lowers the cot into and out of the ambulance, reducing spinal loads and the risk of cumulative trauma injuries. The reduction in spinal load helps prevent cumulative trauma injuries. Power-LOAD wirelessly communicates with Power-PRO™ cots for ease of operation and maximum operator convenience.
