Once printed, please mail to the address on the form. There is no electronic access to run reports or patient information.
Event Attendance Request:
Abingdon Vol. Fire and Rescue Inc. may provide fire trucks and ambulances to attend community events that are free and open to the public. This is if scheduling permits. Attending these functions allow the public and our volunteers to interact and get to know each other.
Please fill out and submit this on-line form at least 30 days prior to the event. Shorter lead times may result in the inability to provide this service.
